Private mega yachts spend large amounts of time unused. The expenses incurred in the sustained maintenance are constant and represent a significant financial investment. By sharing these expenses and keeping the yacht actively voyaging, the costs become reasonable. The charter of an equivalent yacht costs $25,000 per week, and not only restricts your true voyaging and adventure, but always remains someone else's' boat...

Owners of fine vessels which offer their yachts up for charter when not in use face two significant drawbacks: 1) There is no guarantee of chartering the vessel (and thus no guarantee of revenue) 2) When the yacht is chartered an unknown and unsympathetic group descends upon the vessel resulting in increased wear and tear.

With our co-ownership program, the overall costs of owning a truly world class yacht are dramatically reduced, and complexities almost entirely eliminated. Our co-owners are interviewed to produce partnerships of individuals with similar tastes and interests.

Each partnership varies but the following is provided as an example: Partners will each own 25% of the yacht. Partners may sell their position at any time to an approved buyer. Annual costs are estimated; however you pay only for actual yacht operation costs. Estimated operations costs will be paid quarterly into an escrow account. At the end of each financial year, the balance remaining will be refunded, or, with owner approval, invested in yacht modifications or accessories. The yacht will continually be maintained to the highest possible standards, insuring your comfort, safety, and investment security.
